Haverbreaks lies just outside Lancaster, easily reached from M6 Junction 34 via the A683. The A6 provides the main link to Lancaster centre, whilst the A683 connects eastward to Kirkby Lonsdale and the Dales. With over 50 EV charging points locally and strong transport links, it serves both university commuters and visitors exploring the Lune Valley. The area is notable for Rennie's magnificent Lune Aqueduct, which carries the Lancaster Canal 61 feet above the river.
