Hammond is a tiny Mississippi River town in southeastern Minnesota, home to just 134 people in Wabasha County's scenic bluff country. Highway 63 provides the main access, connecting north to I-94 and the Twin Cities about 60 miles away, or south toward Iowa. Most visitors arrive via Highway 61 along the river before turning inland.
