Hameringham is a small Lincolnshire village near Horncastle, reached via the A158 Lincoln-Skegness road and country lanes. RAF Coningsby lies nearby, home to the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight with its historic Spitfires and Lancasters. The village church contains one of Lincolnshire's few surviving medieval rood screens with original carved stonework.
