Great Everdon

Great Everdon is a small Northamptonshire village just off the historic A5 trunk road, easily reached from Junction 11 of the M40 via Banbury. Most visitors arrive from London and the southeast, whilst locals pop over from nearby Daventry or Towcester for countryside walks. The 12th-century Church of St Mary contains a remarkably preserved medieval doom painting above the chancel arch.
