Grandfield is a small farming town of 940 people in southwestern Oklahoma, 15 miles from the Texas border. US Highway 70 runs east-west through town, connecting to Lawton 45 miles east, while State Highway 5 provides north-south access. Most visitors arrive from Wichita Falls, Texas (40 miles southeast) or use Lawton to reach interstates. The town's bright blue water tower serves as a landmark visible for miles across the surrounding cotton fields and prairie.
