Gegin is a small hillside community just outside Wrexham in north Wales' former mining country. Reach it via the A525 from Wrexham town centre, with the A483 providing main connections to Chester and Oswestry. The nearby Minera Lead Mines feature a restored Victorian beam engine from the area's industrial past.
