Garryspillane is a small County Limerick town about 20 kilometres southeast of Limerick city, reached via the R512 through Caherconlish. From Dublin, take the M7 west then the R512 for roughly 200 kilometres total. Cork visitors go north on the N20 to Charleville, then northeast on regional roads. The area has around 10 EV charging stations, mostly in Limerick city and Kilmallock. The town's claim to fame is the Sean Treacy Memorial Swimming Pool, a popular waterpark named after the IRA leader born in nearby Toomevara.
