Gadlys, Rhondda Cynon Taf

Gadlys forms part of greater Aberdare in the Cynon Valley, reached via the A4059 which runs north-south through the valley floor. Most drivers use the A470 connection at Abercynon for Cardiff and M4 access, whilst local routes serve neighbouring valley communities. The area features traditional terraced streets built at steep angles up the valley sides, reflecting its mining heritage.
