Friendship, OK

Friendship is a tiny farming community of 17 people in southwestern Oklahoma's Jackson County. Most visitors arrive via US-62 from Altus, about 20 minutes north, or drive 130 miles from Oklahoma City. The area features rolling wheat country under big skies, with summer heat often exceeding 90 degrees. Despite its small size, Friendship maintains its own post office, serving the scattered ranches across miles of prairie.
