Frankscroft

Frankscroft lies just outside Peebles in the Tweed Valley, accessible via the A72 which connects Edinburgh (35km northeast) with Galashiels. The A701 and A703 provide alternative routes from the capital, whilst the B7062 serves local traffic between valley communities. Electric vehicle drivers will find roughly ten public fast chargers nearby, supporting both residents and tourists exploring the Borders. The area remains famous for its role in Peebles' annual Beltane Festival, where June horseback processions still wind through the surrounding hills.
