Forestburn Gate lies in rural Northumberland, about 7km west of Rothbury via the B6342. It's well-placed for exploring the area's villages and connecting to the A697 for longer journeys. The location provides easy access to Cragside, the world's first house powered entirely by hydroelectricity.
