Finuge

Finuge is a quiet village in north Kerry, sitting between the Shannon Estuary and the Ring of Kerry tourist trail. You'll reach it via the N69 from Limerick (45km) along the Shannon shore through Foynes, or from Tralee (25km northeast) on local roads through Ardfert. The village makes a handy base for exploring Listowel on winding country lanes. There's decent fast charging for electric cars in the area. The real draw nearby is Ballybunion's golf courses, where the Old Course and Cashen layout offer proper links golf on dramatic cliffs above the Atlantic.
