Filham is a small Devon settlement near Ivybridge, reached via the A38 and local roads. It sits on Dartmoor's southern fringe where moorland meets farmland. Most journeys are short trips to Ivybridge or longer drives to Plymouth via the A38. Over 90 EV charging points serve the area. The village retains several traditional cob and thatch cottages built with local moorland materials.
