Fetcham Grove lies in Surrey's commuter belt between Leatherhead and Fetcham, easily reached via the A24 from the M25 at Junction 9. The area sits among the North Downs' chalk hills and ancient woodlands. Long-distance visitors typically approach via the M25 orbital motorway, whilst locals use the A246 from Guildford or various B-roads through Surrey's villages. Several Victorian glasshouses from the area's market gardening past still stand amongst modern housing.
