Fenit

Fenit sits at the end of a narrow causeway on Tralee Bay, making for a grand entrance to this small Kerry village. You'll reach it via the R551 from Tralee in about 15 minutes, or follow the N22 from Cork through Killarney before turning coastal. The village punches above its weight with Ireland's deepest natural harbour, where massive cargo ships dock despite the place's modest size. There's decent EV charging about the area if you're driving electric, and the harbour remains one of the west coast's key ports for bulk imports.
