Farrington lies in north Dorset's Blackmore Vale, connected primarily by the A350 running north-south through the region. From London, the standard route follows the M3 to A303, then A350 south. Local roads link nearby villages like East Orchard and Iwerne Minster, whilst the A357 provides eastern access. Over 30 public EV charging points serve the area. The town's 400-year-old Thursday farmers' market remains its most cherished tradition.
