Eddleston is a small Borders village on the A703 between Edinburgh and Peebles. The 30-kilometre drive south from Edinburgh follows a scenic route through rolling countryside, popular with day-trippers and commuters alike. Electric vehicle drivers will find around 18 fast chargers nearby. The village's most striking feature is its disused Victorian railway viaduct, which still arches gracefully across the Eddleston Water valley.
