Eastover forms part of Bridgwater's eastern suburbs in Somerset, easily reached via the A39 which runs through the area. The M5 lies 8km east via the A38, whilst local routes connect to Taunton and the coast at Burnham-on-Sea. The district sits on the Somerset Levels' characteristic flat terrain, with over 50 EV charging points available locally. The area occupies some of England's lowest-lying agricultural land, just metres above sea level.
