Dunlavin

Ireland

Ireland

Dunlavin is a small market town in County Wicklow, 50 kilometers southwest of Dublin where the Wicklow foothills meet the Kildare flatlands. The N81 connects it directly to Dublin via Blessington, while the R412 runs west to Naas and the R756 heads east toward Baltinglass. The town draws golfers to nearby Rathsallagh, Tulfarris, and Royal Curragh courses, and shoppers often combine visits with trips to Kildare Outlet Village. The 1743 courthouse with its classical limestone facade dominates the market square and remains the town's most recognizable landmark.
