Dexbeer

Dexbeer lies in North Devon's countryside near the Cornish border, where red Devon earth meets granite moorland. Access comes via country lanes connecting to the A39 Atlantic Highway, about 8km north, which links Bideford and Barnstaple with Cornwall. Most traffic consists of local journeys under 20km serving scattered farming communities. Around 10 public EV fast chargers operate nearby. The 13th-century church of St. Michael houses a rare medieval rood screen with original painted saint panels.
