Dalness lies deep in the Scottish Highlands, reached via the A82 and narrow mountain roads that demand careful driving. Most visitors approach from Glasgow (120km) or Fort William (45km), with about 10 fast EV chargers scattered across the wider region. The settlement sits amongst some of Scotland's most challenging single-track roads, where passing places are literally carved into rock faces.
