Cullicudden is a small Highland village on the Black Isle, reached via the A9 and A832 from Inverness, about 20 kilometers northeast. The area benefits from the peninsula's unusually mild microclimate. Long-distance visitors typically approach via the A9 from central Scotland, whilst locals use the network of single-track roads connecting nearby communities. The village retains traditional croft houses scattered amongst working farms.
