Cu' Dhèis sits on Tiree's western shore, reached by CalMac ferry from Oban (3.5 hours) then 8km west on the B8065. This Atlantic-facing settlement enjoys Scotland's sunniest climate on the flat, windswept island popular with windsurfers. The village overlooks Balephuil Bay's two-mile stretch of white sand backed by machair grassland that blooms brilliantly each summer.
