Crimscote

England

Crimscote is a small Warwickshire village just off the A3400 between Stratford-upon-Avon and the Cotswolds. Most visitors arrive from Stratford, about 10km northeast, though the A429 Fosse Way provides alternative access from the M40. The village sits in the River Stour valley amongst typical Midlands farmland. Its Norman church of St. Mary contains remarkable medieval wall paintings that survived the Reformation.
