Crigglestone lies just off the A61 between Wakefield and the M1, making it a handy spot for accessing both local areas and major motorway routes. This former pit village has good transport links whilst keeping its community feel. The Grade II listed St. James' Church boasts a distinctive octagonal bell tower visible from the main road.
