Corofin (Clare)

Corofin sits about 10 kilometres northeast of Ennis in County Clare, a small town surrounded by typical western Irish farmland with stone walls and rolling green fields. The main route from Dublin follows the M6 west to Athlone, then M18 south through Galway, exiting at Junction 12 for the R460. From Cork, take the N20 north to Limerick, then M18 north to the same exit. Electric vehicle charging is available in nearby Ennis. The town is famous for its annual traditional music festival each summer, which brings musicians from across Ireland to perform in the local pubs.
