Coldfall

Coldfall is a quiet North London residential area between Fortis Green and East Finchley, reached via the A1 through East Finchley or the A406 North Circular. The Victorian and Edwardian houses sit on tree-lined streets along the North London ridge, about 8 miles from central London. With over 10,300 EV charging points nearby, it's well-connected for both local trips to Muswell Hill and Highgate, and longer journeys via the M25. The area's name comes from a medieval well known for its remarkably cold spring water.
