Cloghroe

Cloghroe is a small County Cork village about 10 kilometers northwest of Cork city along the N20 to Limerick. Most visitors arrive via the N20 or take the R618 from Blarney, just 8 kilometers away. Cork International Airport is 12 kilometers southeast, while the M8 motorway provides quick access to Dublin. The village makes a handy base for exploring Cork's northern areas and the Blackwater Valley. What's interesting is that the old Cork-Dublin railway line used to run right through this valley before they moved it further east.
