Cleveland is a small agricultural town in north-central Oklahoma, about 45 miles northwest of Tulsa via US Highway 64. The Pawnee County seat of 3,200 people sits in rolling prairie country where wheat farming dominates the landscape. Most traffic comes through on US 64 or State Highway 18, connecting to Tulsa, Pawhuska, and the Osage Hills. The 1922 red brick courthouse with its prominent clock tower anchors the historic town square.
