Clane is a market town in County Kildare, sitting 40 kilometers west of Dublin along the River Liffey. Take the M4 to Junction 7, then the R407 north for 5 kilometers, or come up from Cork via the M7 to Naas and follow the R407 through Sallins. The R403 from Maynooth and R408 from Celbridge provide handy local connections. About 150 fast chargers serve the area, with good coverage on the motorway corridors and in nearby Naas and Maynooth. The town's stone bridge from 1703 crosses the Liffey where the main street curves to follow the river.
