Clandown is a small Somerset village just north of Radstock, reached via the A367 from Bath (12km) or through Radstock from the A37. The area sits on gently rolling former coalfield terrain between Bath and the Mendips. Electric vehicle charging is available in nearby Bath, with over 100 public fast chargers within 20km. Former coal mine sites have been converted to housing estates that still carry mining-related names.
