Chetnole

Chetnole is a small Dorset village nestled in rolling dairy country between Sherborne and Yeovil. Reach it via the A37, then follow minor roads through Yetminster. Popular routes include short drives to Sherborne (8km) and Yeovil (12km) for daily errands, whilst longer visitors often come from Dorchester (25km). The 13th-century church of St Peter houses a remarkable painted wooden screen with medieval saints' figures.
