Center Point is a small Iowa farming community of 2,500 people located 15 miles northeast of Cedar Rapids via Highway 150. Take I-380 to Exit 40, then follow Highway 150 west for about 8 miles through rolling farmland. The town sits in the Cedar River valley with typical Midwest continental weather. The 1904 Center Point Opera House downtown still hosts live theater performances.
