Cement City is a rural Michigan community of 629 people in Lenawee County, reached via US-12 between Adrian and Jackson. Locals drive east 15 miles to Adrian for services, while longer trips require heading north to I-94. The town was named after an early 1900s cement plant that supplied building materials across southern Michigan.
