Carrington is a farming town in central North Dakota that sits on US Highway 281, about 100 miles northwest of Fargo. Most visitors arrive via I-94 to Jamestown, then north on US 281. The town serves Foster County's agricultural region and hosts Dakota Growers Pasta Company, one of North America's largest pasta manufacturing plants.
