Carnaross

Carnaross sits 60 kilometers northwest of Dublin on the N3, making it a handy stop between the capital and the northwest. The town connects well via the R154 to Kells and other Meath spots, while the N52 links west to Mullingar. It's positioned nicely near major routes without getting swamped by traffic. The real draw here is Headfort Golf Club with its two championship courses, particularly the Old Course designed by Christy O'Connor Jr., where the River Blackwater winds through several holes creating proper parkland golf.
