Capel Cross is a tiny Kentish settlement between Horsmonden and Goudhurst, reached via the A262 from Tunbridge Wells or through country lanes from the A21. The area retains its agricultural character with orchards and hop gardens typical of the Weald. About 70 EV charging points serve the broader region. The name recalls a vanished medieval chapel that once marked this rural crossroads.
