Canwick

Canwick is a small village just outside Lincoln, easily reached via the A15 from the city centre or the A46 bypass. Most visitors are local commuters or those exploring Lincoln's cathedral and castle nearby. The village centres around St Nicholas Church, which boasts a remarkable Norman doorway with detailed 12th-century stone carvings that survived centuries virtually intact.
