Cadzow forms part of Hamilton in South Lanarkshire, sitting just off the M74 motorway about 20 kilometres southeast of Glasgow. Junction 6 provides access via the A725, whilst local routes include the A72 through Hamilton and connections to Bothwell. The M74 corridor serves commuters heading to Glasgow, with over 250 fast charging points nearby for electric vehicles. The area preserves part of the ancient Cadzow Forest, where the rare Cadzow cattle still graze in Hamilton Low Parks.
