Bryncethin lies in the Llynfi Valley, just off the A4063 between Bridgend and Maesteg. This former mining village sits 3km north of Bridgend, accessible via M4 Junction 36. The A4063 provides the main route through the community, connecting the Rhondda valleys to the motorway network. Electric vehicle charging is available at over 60 points around Bridgend. The village maintains Côr Meibion Bryncethin, one of Wales' traditional male voice choirs.
