Bridport

England

Bridport sits three miles inland from Dorset's Jurassic Coast, serving as the gateway to Chesil Beach and West Bay. The A35 connects directly to Dorchester and Bournemouth, whilst the B3162 runs south to the coast and the A3066 heads north through Beaminster. The town centre has over 30 EV charging points for coastal tourists. Bridport's unusually wide high street was designed for medieval rope-making, when hemp fibres were stretched along its length.
