Briarcliff is a tiny Ozark Mountain community of 257 people in Baxter County, reached via Highway 5 about 15 miles north of Mountain Home. Most visitors drive north from Little Rock on US 65, then connect to Highway 5 near Marshall. The town's post office doubles as the volunteer fire station and serves as the unofficial community gathering spot.
