Bray's a grand seaside spot in County Wicklow, just 21 kilometres south of Dublin on the N11. The DART gets you into Dublin city centre in 45 minutes, making it handy for commuters. You've got a proper Victorian seafront with the promenade, amusements, and Sea Life aquarium, plus Bray Head looming at the south end of the bay. The cliff walk from Bray Head to Greystones is a cracker, taking about two hours with lovely views over the Irish Sea.
