Boxgrove is a West Sussex village north of Chichester, easily reached via the A285 from the A27. Archaeological discoveries here include 500,000-year-old human remains, making it one of Britain's most significant prehistoric sites. The surrounding chalk downland offers pleasant countryside driving, with Goodwood nearby.
