Bogallan is a small Highland community on the Black Isle peninsula, just north of Inverness via the A9 and A832. The area serves as a quiet base for exploring the Highlands, with good road connections to Ullapool and the west coast. Inverness Airport lies 20 kilometres southeast, whilst over 30 EV charging points operate nearby. Red kites regularly patrol the skies above neighbouring Munlochy Bay.
