United States

Black Diamond is a former coal mining town in King County's Cascade foothills, about 28 miles southeast of Seattle via State Route 169 through Maple Valley. The route serves both daily commuters heading to the metro area and weekend visitors accessing Mount Rainier or local trails. EV charging is available for those continuing to the national park. The historic Black Diamond Bakery has been serving fresh bread from the same 1902 building for over a century.
