Bishopville is a small agricultural town in central South Carolina, about 45 miles northeast of Columbia and 90 miles from Charlotte. Reach it via I-20 to Exit 98, then north on US Highway 15 for 8 miles. The town sits where US 15 meets State Route 341, surrounded by cotton and tobacco fields in the rural Pee Dee region. The South Carolina Cotton Museum operates in a restored 1930s warehouse downtown.
