Belhelvie is a small Aberdeenshire village 15 kilometres north of Aberdeen, reached via the A90 then local roads. Aberdeen International Airport sits nearby, while the A90 provides connections to Edinburgh and Inverness. The area has over 90 EV charging points, mostly around Aberdeen. The village features ancient Pictish stones with carved symbols dating back over 1,000 years.
