Bays Hill forms part of central Cheltenham, sitting on the gentle slopes of this famous Regency spa town in Gloucestershire. The M5 at Junction 11 provides the main access via the A40, whilst the A435 connects to the Midlands and local Cotswold villages. The area's focal point remains the Victorian red-brick water tower at the junction of St George's Road and Bays Hill Road.
