Batchcott is a small Shropshire village near the Welsh border, easily reached via the A49 trunk road between Shrewsbury and Hereford. Turn east near Ludlow for the short drive through rolling countryside to this quiet settlement. The village retains its rural character with traditional sandstone cottages that display the distinctive honey-coloured stone typical of the Welsh Marches region.
